What is Danish Dessert?

During the recent Progressive Dinner at my house many of you asked me. . .

"What is Danish Dessert?" and "Where can I find it?"
Here's the Answer. . .
Danish Dessert is a powder that comes in a box that you mix with water and heat on the stove top. It turns into a gel like substance and is exactly like the strawberry pie filling you would get in a strawberry pie from the grocery store or a restaurant like "Marie Callendar's Restaurant" or "Village Inn"

Here's Where You Can Find It. . .
You can usually find it in the gelatin (JELLO) section in your local grocery store. I did a search for danish dessert on the internet for those that can't find it locally and I found a set of 12 boxes of Danish Dessert available for purchase on AMAZON.

Junket has their own website and they even have a section for recipes that you can download.

Below you will see a few other links to places you can purchase Danish Dessert online. . .

Here's the LINK for the Strawberry Trifle Recipe just in case you didn't remember to pick one up before you left the party. ENJOY!!!
