Gratitude & Thanksgiving

Have you been missing me?

Well, this is the sweet bunch that has been keeping me busy with family parties and activities and cooking and cleaning. My darling Auntie Claudia recently went back home to New Zealand and we miss her terribly and wished that she was with us today. I did speak with her a few days ago and she's made it back home safely.

I'm hoping to show some of the pictures we took of the things that we did while she was here. I'm just starting to recover from all of the extra things going on in my life and trying to manage the stress of the Holidays. We are going to keep the Holidays fun and low key.

We give THANKS for our bounteous blessings, our dear friends, our loving family, our Savior Jesus Christ and a Heavenly Father who loves us and wants us to return to him.

May you have the Joy and Happiness that comes through recognizing the blessings we have and in returning thanks to God through serving others. I see all of the wonderful things that you all are doing to help those around you. Keep it up.

Lots of Hugs, Kim

I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving, too.

Your family is beautiful. I know what you mean about other things going on in life. I have had a house full of company since the beginning of October. I was able to go on a quilting retreat last week, and this week I have been getting the house ready for my Dad to come for a visit. I have lived here 13 years and this is his first time to come visit me!

I, too, am ready for life to be low key and less stressful. I just want to get in my sewing room and play. That hasn't happened in a long time.

what a great family photo! Seems these days it is so hard to bring families together for such photo opportunities and memory making so you are quite fortunate. Blessings to you and yours this holiday season. :) Tammy

I loved your picture. That is a big group. How awesome. Did you all have Thanksgiving dinner together? I am glad you got to spend time with those you love. Post more pictures when you can I would like to see some of the things you did with your Auntie.
